Born and raised in the impossibly small, and magical, British island of Guernsey, I now live in Toronto with my two superheroes – my wife, Les, and our little boy, Rory.

I spent 18 years successfully navigating frantically-paced organizations in leadership roles across Marketing, Innovation, Strategy and Culture.

It helped shape me and inspire the business I’ve built.

From thriving in the daily mayhem at News Corporation, to turning convention upside down at Virgin, before a flood of creative awards at Molson Coors, featuring wild adventures around the world with red beer fridges!

It also cemented my conviction in the extraordinary potential that dwells in each of us.

Yet instead of shining bright, I see people struggling.

Beneath the Surface exists to change that.

To reimagine the chaos and unleash our vibrant best again.

About the founder, Kit... in his own words.

Clients whose Curiosity I’ve helped unleash.

“Kit is a joy to work with, constantly seeking new possibilities, encouraging bravery and nurturing ideas. The magic Kit brings is that he is able to combine his passions for unlocking both the potential of an organization and the potential of individuals through his energy, humour and desire to do what is right.”

Martin Coyle, Chief Commercial Officer, Molson Coors.

“Kit helped equip me with the tools to re-enter the workplace after my maternity leave as a more empowered and effective leader. As a founder, it was incredibly helpful to have Kit’s insight and experience as a sounding board. I would recommend Beneath the Surface to anyone that wants support in advancing their careers and become the best version of themselves.”

Mackenzie Yeates, Co-Founder, Kotn.

“Following the senior team sessions with ‘Beneath The Surface’, we are seeing an impact throughout the business. Kit’s facilitating style, and his ability to see through the business issues were eye opening, and enabled us to structure a more positive workforce throughout.”

Nir Wegryzn, CEO Brand Opus.
